It can be returned according to the order adopted by the Minister “On approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods” in accordance with the confirmed rules for the Return and exchange of goods, as well as, according to the order, “Sale of goods and provision of services via remote communication”

If the product of inadequate quality was sold to the buyer without prior discussion of its defects, the buyer has the right to demand from LakedStudioArt

1. Replace the goods of inadequate quality
2. Accordingly, reduce the price of the goods;
3. Refund the money paid for the product.

In case of return of the goods of inadequate quality, the shipping cost is not refunded!

If it is determined that the item was damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the item will be returned to the buyer only after paying the costs of return, resending and quality assessment, if any.

The return of goods of proper quality is possible only in accordance with the approved Government decree on the rules of Retail trade, in accordance with the established procedure. The cost of returning the goods is paid by you (the delivery costs of the returned goods are non-refundable).

Conditions for the return of goods of proper quality:

The returned product must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
The product must not be damaged by the Buyer
The presentation must be preserved (if the goods were sealed at the post office, the seal must be on the goods, the labels and protective films are not damaged, the surface of the goods is not scratched, the equipment or other elements of the goods are not changed, etc.).

When returning or replacing goods of proper quality, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

Before returning the goods, but no later than 14 days after the delivery of the goods, the buyer must inform about the return of the goods in one of the following ways:

specifying: the buyer’s first and last name, address, contact details (phone number, mobile, email address), order number, date of purchase and receipt, amount paid, product name and information about defects found, preferably padded photos, since any product passes quality control.

The completed return form must be enclosed in the packaging of the returned product. This way, the returned product will be identified faster, and the return process itself will be shorter.
